Interior Design Service Fees
Hourly:  $40 per hour for consulting and design work.

Cost Plus 15%:  I work as project coordinator, design the layout, produce drawings and visuals needed, work within the set budget, select finishes, order products, schedule project timeline and coordinate with the trades working on your project.  You save time and stress by putting the details on my shoulders.

Intoxicating Design conducts interviews with owners and staff members to learn the details of the organization, the work processes, the flow of
information and how the departments interact with each other to accomplish the company’s mission. 

preliminary space and finish plans
Produce space plan options based on information acquired from the interviews.
Preliminary suggestions of finishes for floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, etc.

final space plan, elevations and finish selections
Space plan and finishes are chosen and organized in preparation for construction documents and final review and approval.

Intoxicating Designs works with architecture firms to complete the necessary documents needed for permiting and bidding.

Punch list, review space with contractors and architect.
